INGREDIENTS

  • 1 CUP CANNED TOMATOE SAUCE OR PUREE (8-9 OZ)]
  • 1/3 C. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
  • 2 HEAPING TBLSP. PYURE (organic stevia blend)
  • 2 TBLSP. WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
  • 1 TBLSP PAPRIKA
  • 1 1/2 TEASP GARLIC POWDER
  • 1/2 TEASP ONION POWDER
  • 1/2 TEASP SEA SALT
  • 1/8 TO 1/4 TEASP. GROUND CAYENNE
  • 2 TEASP. SPICY BROWN MUSTARD

INSTRUCTIONS

1.) Combine all ingredients, stirring together as you bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

2.) Simmer , stirring frequently, for approx. 15 minutes till reaches desired thickness.
