Low Carb & Sugar free
INGREDIENTS
- 1 CUP CANNED TOMATOE SAUCE OR PUREE (8-9 OZ)]
- 1/3 C. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
- 2 HEAPING TBLSP. PYURE (organic stevia blend)
- 2 TBLSP. WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 1 TBLSP PAPRIKA
- 1 1/2 TEASP GARLIC POWDER
- 1/2 TEASP ONION POWDER
- 1/2 TEASP SEA SALT
- 1/8 TO 1/4 TEASP. GROUND CAYENNE
- 2 TEASP. SPICY BROWN MUSTARD
INSTRUCTIONS
1.) Combine all ingredients, stirring together as you bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
2.) Simmer , stirring frequently, for approx. 15 minutes till reaches desired thickness.

Jackie, Thank you for typing back. I’d decided the contact form didn[t really go anywhere, After seeing your’s my grandson helped me set up my contact page like yours. But just last night, we deleted it and he inserted toe follow invite below the archives on my home page. I like that it tells us how many people sre following. Maby I’ll add the contact page back on, and you can type a short note on it, so I can see if it is working right… if you wouldn’t mind.
